The Venezia Drop Necklace features a refined teardrop-shaped pendant handcrafted in authentic Murano glass. Its elongated silhouette enhances the depth of color and the internal movement of gold or silver leaf, creating a mesmerizing play of light.

Each pendant is individually made by Murano glass masters. During the fusion process, delicate gold leaf or silver leaf is embedded inside the glass — the choice depends naturally on the color temperature and firing process, making every piece completely unique.

The soft Alcantara cord adds a contemporary contrast to the brilliance of the glass, resulting in a jewel that is both elegant and easy to wear.

Returns
No returns are authorized. If you think we sent you the wrong item, please contact us first. Kindly note that returns must be shipped to the following address at your expense:

Replacements / Refunds
Requests for replacements must be made to Aldemaro Galletti within 3 days of receipt of items. PICTURES ARE REQUIRED IN ALL CASES! Keep packaging and merchandise in original condition.

Regarding replacement it is necessary to consider that in case of handmade items, Aldemaro Galletti will replace with the same items or the most similar.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item in a return shipment arrives damaged, the final customer will only be refunded once the insurance company has compensated Aldemaro Galletti for the damage.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
